Course Objective The main objective of this course is to teach students motivation theory, concept, tools, techniques and methods in order to motivate employee and supervisors.
Course Content The concept of motivation, the importance of employee and manager motivation, motivation theories, content theories in motivation, process theories in motivation, the application of motivation theories in business management, the importance of manager motivation and its tools, the importance of employee motivation and its tools, the relationship motivation and productivity, motivation and fatigue, the relationship among job satisfaction, organizational loyalty and motivation, evaluation of management theories in terms of motivation working planning and motivation, case studies
