Course Objective
The main objective of course, the basics of supply chain management, improvement and management of supply chain processes, management material flows and relations, information technologies, aims to provide information about the role of the chain and supply chain and importance and the role of logistics.
Course Content
The basic functions of the supply chain; planning, management and control principles and methods; supply chain performance evaluation and efficiency calculation; creating sustainable supply chain; supply chain risk management; manufacturing and distribution processes at supply chain management, The mix of the principles of logistics and logistics; logistics planning and control processes; areas of operational integration; movement and storage of the product; stock control and inventory management, transportation, warehousing, consolidation, distribution center management, supplier selection and logistics performance factors.
