Course Objective The aim of this course is to give basic information about different sequencing and scheduling problems encountered in the production systems and to examine solution approaches for these problems in detail. 
Course Content Introduction to job sequencing and scheduling, notation, classification of scheduling problems, performance criteria, single machine models, parallel machine models, flow shops, job shops, optimization methods and heuristic methods used in solving job scheduling problems. 
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
