Course Objective The main objectives of this course are to give information for successful changes, provide skills for the successful changing management and manage the transformation of employees and businesses.
Course Content The concepts of change and organizational changing, the sources of organizational changing, globalization and organizational changing Internal and external environmental changing, organizational change management, management theories and organizational change management, organizational change management in classical and neo-classical management theories, organizational change management in systems and contingency theories, organizational change management in modern management approaches, organizational change and post-modern perspectives, change management and transformation leadership, the programs of change management, resistance to change in organizational change management, case studies

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Students learn change and changing management and understand the importance of changing management for businesses
2Students learn the sources and factors of changing business environment.
3Students get information about re-engineering, total quality management, learning organization techniques and learn how they are used in changing management.
4Students provide information and skill for successful changing manager and leader.
5Students learn how to solve resistance to change problems and overcome changing resistant.
