Course Content Providing a broad understanding of management from a globalization perspective; using an issues-oriented approach and introducing the tools and frameworks needed to analyze the global business environment; exploring key opportunities and challenges facing a firm; examining strategic issues facing managers; discussing fast growing emerging markets, deregulation, global competition and management; with special focus on strategic alliances, network organizations, knowledge based management, management of human resources, ethics in global organizations and environments.
