Course Objective	This course' s objective is to search the process of discovering reality about crime without doubt. In addition to discover the reality about crime, this course is aimed to protect fundamental rights and freedoms and to make functional culprit and victim' s rights.
Course Content	Basic subject of the course is the rules which will be applied during investigation and prosecution. In this context, subjects of criminal trial, competences and relations of these persons, acts of criminal procedure, phases of investigation and prosecution, process of law are some of basic subjects of the course.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
