Course Objective The aim of course; to give to the students at the undergraduate level Informations about faith of relations, what arising they on the death of a natural person and relating to private and inheritance law. Especially intending basic concepts and principles of the law of inheritance and targeting basic information about entitlement of inheritance, testamentary disposition, authory and limits of deceased person's dispose on his estate.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Be able to determine definitions, resources and and prevailling principles of law of inheritance.
2Be able to identfy problems that may have emerged in the field of law of inheritance.
3Be able to analyze Problems of law of inheritance lights of prevailling principles from this field.
4Be able to decide corecctly disputes that arise in the field of inheritance law, which is the rule of law to implement by means of comments.
