Course Objective	Understand the concept of valuable paper; learn their basic qualifications; procure the dominance of theories of valuable paper; apprehend the characteristic features of registered valuable papers; order instrument and bearer securities; procure the dominance of rules of valuable paper and particularly advertise the rules about arrangement of payments by check and Protection of the Check Holder Law and advertise the rules about bad check.
