Legal structure forms the basis of economic life, commercial businesses and corporations to provide information about the undergraduate level.
Course Content
The course I am instructing in our School, Trade Law, consists of two parts: Commercial Enterprise Law and Company Law. The contents of these parts are as follows: I. Commercial Enterprise Law: Introduction, Commercial Enterprise, Commercial Transaction, Commercial Judiciary, Merchant, Commercial Registry, Commercial Agency, Trademark, Unjust Competition, Commercial Books II. Company Law: Introduction, Ordinary Partnership, General Partnership, Joint Stock Company, Limited Liability Company
