Course Objective The course of Civil Law aims at studying in detail the general principles of law, basic rules of law, rules regulating the acquisition of personality and termination of personality in natural persons and legal entities, possession of rights and legal capacity, protection of personality, name and ways to protect the name, residential area and kinship relationships of natural persons, legal relationships between the individuals constituting the family which is the foundation of the society under the major topics of Preliminary Provisions, Law of Persons and Family Law.
