Course Objective To teach the historical development and application areas of sports psychology to the student. Expressing the importance of these practices in sportive success by conveying information about the basic issues of sport psychology. To convey which sports psychology practices are used by trainers, managers and athletes and their importance, to ensure that students learn the relationship between mind and performance, especially about attention, concentration and stress management.
