Course Objective The aim of this course is to convey the theoretical information about leadership and to associate it with sports, to gain the ability to control their group and the ability to practice sufficient leadership models knowledge, skills, and experiences.
Course Content Concept and definition of leadership, leadership features, and functions, leadership approaches and theories, modern leadership theories, leadership behavior models, leadership and sports, leadership research in sports, evaluation of leadership types in sports and management in sports environment, examples of leadership in sports, role model leaders in sports.
