Course Objective It is to transfer the basic issues of organizational behavior to students, to examine human behavior in organizations and the effects of the results of these behaviors on organizations. It is to teach the student at a basic level about employee motivation, individual, group, personality, attitudes and other issues that affect work performance.
Course Content Workplace and organizational behavior, people qualities and personality development, groups and organizations, management processes, motivation in organizations, leadership as a management function, morale in organizations, communication and human relations in organizations, group dynamics and teamwork in organizations, conflict in organizations, revision.
