Course Objective It is aimed to teach the characteristics and reasons of the phenomenon of crisis and risk in sports, the methods for analyzing the organizational and individual crises and risks, the importance of communication during the crisis and the strategies that can be followed.
Course Content The concept of Risk and Crisis Management has become an inevitable concept that requires more discipline and organization as we begin to make its effects felt more in sports industry and sports events. The concepts of risk and crisis include many structures that should be interactive together as well as separately. The main content of the course is the examination of the measures that can be taken against the risks and crises in accordance with the organizational culture in sports with internal audits and controls, and the introduction of the reporting system.
