Course Objective The aim of this course is to have knowledge about skiing, to learn and apply basic techniques.
Course Content Study of the history and development of skiing, ski equipment and selection, basic posture in skiing and ski walking, basic theory and practice of Alpine skiing. Competitions and organizations related to ski sports.
