It is to enable specialists to guide individuals in transition from an inactive and routine life cycle that has become one of the biggest problems of today's society to an active and healthy life cycle.

1. Week: What is active Life Coaching, Active living practices (cycling) 2. Week: Active Life Coaching Development - Active living practices (Walking - Running) 3. Week: Effects of active life (physiological) - Active life practices (Pilates) 4. Week: Effects of active life (psycho-social effects) - Active life practices (using polar clock) 5. Week: Benefits of active life by age (childhood, adolescence, adult, Retirement and old age) - Active living practices (Spining) 6. Week: Benefits of Active Life in Age Groups (Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood, Retirement and Old Age) - Active living practices (Cycling) 7. Week: Active living and motivation - Active living practices (Pilates) 8. Week Active living and motivation - Active living practices (Spinning) 9.
