Course Content Knowing the effects of sufficient and balanced nutrıtıon on health and performance, the relatıon between physical actıvıty and nutrıtıon.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Knows the principles of basic nutrition.
2Defines the values of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and water in the organism.
3Understands the effects of the nutrition in physical performance.
4Applies the principles of nutrition before, during and after the fitness.
5To know the body composition, influencing factors, body types, the appropriate body weight, composition and weight control in sports.
6To learn the effects adequate and balanced diet, health, exercise on performance.
