Course Objective To know basic concept related to gymnastics, to teach and learn basic skills and techniques, o gain strength, balance and flexibility gymnastics skills which are the basic of the performance sport branches, to use gymnastics knowledge that learned in their sports branches as a trainer, to learn helping methods related to gymnastics and to have general information about gymnastics competition rules.
Course Content General theory-based knowledge about gymnastics, teaching basic skills and technics.
