Course Objective To teach the mechanism behind the functioning of “Food Events” as tools of communication; thereby underlining their importance not only in the F&B business, but also in other sectors as well. Teaching how to manage and showing the tools to create successful “Food Events”.
Course Content Provide opportunities for students to meet actors in the market, Allow students to develop concepts and projects using the knowledge of this course
