Course Objective
Multidisciplinary evaluation of dental implantology treatment.
Course Content
Definition and types of implants. Evaluation of the patient in prosthetic point of view and indications. Superstructure types of implants. Statics and planning principles of implant superstructure. Occlusion in implant prosthesis. Complications and treatment procedures of implant superstructures. Anatomical and histological properties of periimplant tissues. Comperative analysis of periimplant and periodontal tissues. Surgical implementations. Dental implant treatment procedures in partially edentulous patients. Preservation and supporting treatments of periimplant tissues. Complications and failures of implants. Surgical complications and treatment procedures. Complications and treatment procedures of periimplantitis.
