Course Objective	In this course, students; It is aimed to get to know the basic concepts and principles of learning and teachers, the elements of the education program, to understand the duties and responsibilities of the teacher in increasing the quality of the teaching service, to have knowledge and skills about teaching strategy methods and techniques, and to plan using these knowledge and skills through discussion and example applications.
Course Content	Basic concepts of learning and teaching, principles of learning and teaching, effectiveness of planned study in teaching, planning of teaching (united annual plan, daily plan and activity examples), learning and teaching strategies, teaching methods and techniques, their relationship with practice, teaching tools and materials , teacher's duties and responsibilities in increasing the quality of teaching service, teacher competencies.
