Course Objective Main aim of this course is to teach students widely the commentators (mufassirs) of the Qur'an from the time of Holy Prophet Muhammad up to date and which kind of arguments they produced for the understanding of the Qur'an.
Course Content From the time of revelation of the Qur'an, muslim commentators have produced many valuable tafsir books. There are also many schools of thought among muslims around the world. The followers of these schools wrote tafsir books according to their thinking. In thic course we teach our students such wide area of the history of Tafsir and mufassirs.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
