Course Objective To explain the features of securities and the ones in ISE, to give information on the functioning of markets which these securities are bought and sold. Regulation oriented course is supported by examplesoriented course is supported by examples
Course Content ISE Transactions course mainly covers two topics: Stock regulations and stock and bond markets rules. The former one consists of rights attached to shares, capital increases/decreases, authorized capital system and tender calls. The latter topic is about order types, trading methods, price margins and different type of stocks (A, B, C).
