Course Content Some biyological and technical issues about storage marketing, harvest time, harvest method, maturation, packaging house applications, pre-cooling and storage methods of horticultural crops will be examined. Evaluation of some physiological, chemical and physical changing occured after harvest. Storage diseases and transportation of horticultural crops will be evaluated
