Course Objective
Information on power electronics applications including UPS, AC-DC, DC-DC insulated and non-insulated power supplies and induction heating applications widely used in the industry.
Course Content
Investigation of power circuits widely used in the industry. Uninterruptible power supplies, switched power supplies, correction of power factor and teaching power circuits used in induction heating systems. Examination of sample applications related to these circuits and giving project assignments to students. Gaining industrial application knowledge of power electrons.
