COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Bachelor's Degree

Course Objective In this course, to make electrical installation of medical devices within the scope of knowledge and skills, and the task is to teach aspects of technology acquisition.
Course Content Definition of biomedical devices, applications, sensors, and basic electronic circuits used in these devices are explained. Physiological effects of electricity, nerve and muscle stimulation, biopotentials, issues such as the representation of the origins of bioelectric signals. The introduction of an electrocardiogram or ECG devices. Internal and external rhythm regulators (Pacemakers). Neurological testing equipment. Patient monitors, respiratory physiology, respiratory support devices. Coronary and intensive care units, electrosurgery, laser and ultrasonic surgical devices, invasive measurement techniques. Special devices used in cardiac surgery. Blood cell separation, hemodialysis devices and systems, gastroentrolojik, urological and analytical measurement and recording devices, features and structures.
