Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the basic semiconductor circuit elements such as derste diode and transistor, their physical working principles and circuit applications, the basis for working on the advanced aspects of analog electronic applications, and the development of electronic circuit analysis and design capabilities.
Course Content Semiconductor, PN junction diodes, analysis of diode circuits, rectifier circuits, multi-diode circuits, diode diodes, DC and AC analysis of bipolar junction transistors, single-stage BJT amplifiers and design examples of BJT circuits.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite BMM 230 ELECTRONICS-CIRCUITS-I

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To analyze and design simple analogue circuits that designed by semiconductor circuit elements.
2Recognition of the diode element and used in electronic circuits.
3Diode circuit analysis and design by diodes applications.
4Recognition and use of transistors in electronic circuits.
5Solution of transistor circuits and desing by diode applications.
6Identification and implementation of DC and AC analysis of BJT.
