COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Student learn calculation of beam, elastic curve of deformed beams, moment area method; superposition method, energy methods, Castigliano's theorems for deformation of straight and curved beams.
2Students learn Application of Castigliano's theorems on indeterminate beams.Yield and fracture criterias.Obtain oblique and shear bending. Obtain shear center on open tubes.Torsion of prismatic bars and buckling of prismatic bars.
