Course Objective Teaching the structure of maintenance systems and principles of maintenance planning, planning the most optimal maintenance of production machines and facilities in the industry, and teaching methods to ensure that they remain in the most appropriate working conditions.
Course Content Maintenance planning concept, objectives and types, maintenance planning system and organization, maintenance activities, maintenance scheduling and control, preventive and incidental maintenance, breakdown distributions and reliability, short and long term maintenance policies, simulation in maintenance planning, single-group replacement, repair- renewal policies, computerized maintenance management systems, (BBYS), total productive maintenance (TPM)
