Course Objective To teach students the graphical and analytical methods used in kinematic analyses in mechanisms.
Course Content Fundamentals concepts ; Classification of mechanisms; Determination of the degree of freedom of mechanisms; Kinematic analysis of mechanisms; Displacement; Velocity and acceleration analysis; Instantaneous rotation centers in the mechanisms; Velocity and acceleration analysis with auxiliary point methods; Gear mechanisms.
