Course Objective This course aims at improving students’ ability to read and comprehend pre-intermediate level reading passages, to skim and scan the text in order to get the main idea and answer the relevant questions, to make inferences and summaries and to develop their vocabulary about the topic.
Course Content The content of this course includes contemporary and academic reading passages which improve students’ ability to read and comprehend pre-intermediate level reading passages and to develop reading subskills.
