Course Objective Students are expected to explain pregnancy and normal delivery process; do basic pregnancy and gynecologic examination, plan basic treatment principles, and direct the patient accordingly.
Course Content Antenatal monitoring, normal delivery, infertility, benign and malign gynecologic diseases.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1 Names benign and malign gynecologic diseases of uterus, vagina, cervix, and overs. (Theory)
2Lists etiological causes of benign and malign gynecologic diseases of uterus, vagina, cervix, and overs. (Theory)
3 Explains diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of benign and malign gynecologic diseases of uterus, vagina, cervix, and overs. (Theory)
4 Explains diagnosis and differential diagnosis of menorrhea and infertility patients. (Theory)
5 Explains related processes of pregnancy and normal delivery. (Theory)
6 Defines abnormalities of mother and fetus in pregnancy. (Theory)
7 Takes history and anamnesis of Obstetrics and gynecology patients, and directs them for suitable medical tests. (Skill)
8 Takes cervical vaginal smear from patients, and examines bimanually. (Skill)
9Evaluates test results of Obstetrics and gynecology patients. (Skill)
10 Sticks to the ethics when dealing with Obstetrics and gynecology patients. (Attitude)
11 Respects the attitudes and behaviors of Obstetrics and gynecology during examination. (Attitude)
