Course Objective Student may; 1. Explain continuous and discrete time systems. 2. Perform transformation solutions of time-invariant systems. 3. Perform discrete time and fast fourier transmormations. 4. Perform Z-transformations. 5. Design digital filters. 6. Explain basic concepts of audio and video processing.
Course Content Continuous and discrete time systems and signals. Linear Time invariant systems stability and causality, Sampling and quantization schemes, Computation of DFT, FFT techniques. digital filter design techniques, FIR and IIR filters. Z transform and its application .
