Course Objective Student may; 1.Explain the structure, types, characteristics of the diode and the circuit operation of the diode applications. 2.Analyze structures, working principles, characteristics and circuit models of BJT, FET and MOSFET. 3.Perform DA and AA analyze of diode, BJT, FET and MOSFET circuits. 4.Define the structures, characteristics and works of basic application circuit of operational amplifiers. .
Course Content P and N type semiconductors, PN compositions, Diodes and their applications, PNP and NPN composition, BJT transistors and their applications, FET and MOSFETs and their using in electronic devices.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Diode structure, types, characteristics and operation of diode circuits, explains the application.
2BJT, FET and MOSFET structures, the operating principle, analyzes the characteristics and circuit models.
3Diode, BJT, FET and MOSFET circuits makes the analysis of DA and AA analysis.
4The structure of operational amplifiers, characteristics and defines the basic application circuit operation.
