Course Objective The basic target of the Introduction to Law course is to give the basic theoretical bases of the Law to the students of FEAS. While doing this, it is important that the students taking the course are not the students of law, therefore they have a very different way of conceiving. Due to the concepts related to Introduction to Law being discrete, there will be lots of practical and sample cases to be taught. .
Course Content - Societal Life and the Concept of Law - The Aims of Law - The Rules of Law - The Sources of Law - The Interpretation of the Norms of Law - Public Law – Private Law - The Branches of Law - The Basic Institutions and Concepts of Public Law - The Basic Institutions and Concepts of Private Law .
