Course Objective To provide of basic principles and equations of fluid mechanics In practice, to provide of different examples of engineering Emphasis on physics and support to physics .
Course Content Introduction and basic concepts Properties of fluids Pressure and fluid statics Mass, Bernoulli and energy equations Momentum analysis of the flow system Flow in pipes .

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Knows the basic concepts related to the fluid, the units and conversions.
2Knows the general properties of liquids and gases, viscosity, shear stress, surface tension, capillarity and makes related applications.
3Knows the pressure and pressure measurement methods (material pressure gauge, U-tube, the static tube, differential pressure gauges, pressure measured inclined) and makes related applications.
4Knows the forces on submerged surfaces in the fluid, pushing the center, the principle of solidification and makes related applications.
5Resolves the problem related to the balance of floating and submerged objects and the stability point.
6Makes the applications related to acceleration on the a linear orbit and rotation of a cylindrical container.
7Knows the mass, Bernoulli and energy equation makes related applications.
8Knows the flow types (laminar, turbulent), losses that occur during the flow and its reasons.
