Course Objective This course is to acquaint the undergraduate students, general knowledges about nutrients and specific nutritional requirements.
Course Content Introduction to human nutrition, basic nutrients, nutritional status, vitamins, minerals and trace metals, metabolism of nutrients, digestion, specific nutritional requirements and dietary deficiency. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
