Course Objective Teaching an international common language (line language) for machine production that provides agreement between mechanical engineer and technical staff who would manufacture, educating technical staffs who would be able to read projects about technical drawing and design in all over the World, increasing 3-dimension thinking ability.
Course Content Description of technical drawing, importance and place in engineering/ technical drawing equipments and drawing apparatus, drawing materials and their usage / simple basic drawings, line implementation / introduction to scale, proposal geometry, space and planes / appearance, appearance of basic planar object, appearance of simple volumetric objects, sample applications, appearance of complex objects, aspect completion / introduction to perspective drawing / sectioning methods / dimension / roughness / tolerance

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understanding machine technical drawing language which provides agreement between engineering disciplines, drawing appearance (with projection method) of objects (machine parts), completion of appearance, deriving perspective from appearance, measurement and sectioning for certain purposes, putting surface processing symbols on the appearances, understanding dimension and position tolerance values, showing them on the diagram.
