Course Content Environment, environmental factors, environmental problems, pollution in water, soil, air and their reasons, industrial pollution, industrial wastes from milk and milk products, meat and meat products, brewery and distilled liquors, yeast, brining products, canning and oil processing, waste control and waste processing in food industry, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report and its preparation
