Course Objective To introduce basic mathematical modeling applications in food engineering.
Course Content Mathematical modeling of food engineering operations. Empirical models for determination of transport properties. Problem solutions of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and reaction engineering. Experimental design and data analysis.
