Course Objective Aim of the course is to teach utility of geological knowledge and how their use in archeological studies. .
Course Content Intersectional areas between Geology and Archeology. Natural processes on the earth surface, Natural environment, human and climate interactions. Plant and animal remains as clues natural environmental changes. Use of isotope and element ratio in determining of environment. Minerals, rocks and building materials in archeological sites. Dating of archeological records. Geological maps, mapping and surveying methods. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Ability to use principles of archaeological research and investigations to Earth sciences. Multidisciplinary team working at the same time the ability to develop and enhance the ability to work. Effects of sedimentation and soil characteristics of the archaeological settlements to reveal the light of data through examination of prehistoric studies contribute more strongly. To give the student to observe and interpret. To analyze the data, give the ability to evaluate and design.
