Course Type Compulsory
Course Objective Teaching application technique at draw geological map on the topographical map, Giving information with connected preparation as use drawing technique of geological maps which not doing at covered or closed fields, Developing technique of geological cross section, Teaching the thickness calculate and position designate of geological units according to drillings .
Course Content Geological boundary of simple, complex, comformably, uncomformably, folded and faulted drawing, geological cross sections of these structures making and thickness of units which to be cut at drillings finding.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
Mode of Delivery Face to Face

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To learn the signs used in geological maps, geological maps and boundary properties of the layered rock units to evaluate their position. The various structural elements (bedding, faults, folds, unconformities, etc. Representations of the map to learn, interpret them to understand the structure of the transverse geological cross-section out of the underground. 3-D thinking ability, thanks to the geological map and geological cross-sections, make a comment about evolution.
