Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the student semiconductor silicon microchip manufacturing processes. In addition, microchip manufacturing factory establishment and entrepreneurship will be presented.
Course Content In this course, we will cover semiconductor manufacturing process technology. We will review device fundamentals, doping of semiconductors, pn junctions, field effect transistors and bipolar transistors. In addition, we will cover silicon wafer fabrication steps, silicon properties, doping techniques, oxidation, deposition, metallization and photolithography.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
