Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the basics of IT digital transformation with examples of digital transformation and industry 4.0 applications within the framework of concepts such as information technology (IT) management in organizations, IT processes, IT and business unit alignment.
Course Content The course content is planned to consist of IT interaction with the strategy / process / and project portfolio management of the organization, feeding IT strategies from other processes, sharing the basics of IT process management and digital transformation within this framework, sharing application concepts such as ERP, MES, sharing project management principles and examples of the implementation of these projects and sharing industry 4.0 applications. In some weeks, a guest industry related guest invitation is also planned for the related topic.

3Have knowledge about the concepts of digitalization and digital transformation.
4Knows the concepts of enterprise architecture and integration between applications.
5Has knowledge about application selection and implementation processes of applications.
6Understands the effects of applications such as ERP, MES within the organization.
7Has knowledge about the concept of Industry 4.0.
8Define production management systems and have knowledge about their benefits.
