To inform students about the various instrumental devices.
Course Content
Spectrophotometric methods; UV-VIS and IR spectrophotometry applications. Types of chromatographic methods and mechanisms, high pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, thermal analysis. Atomic absorption and theory; After the pre-test and experiment results, monitoring, measuring verbal and written expression skills.
