Course Objective Today, as a result of the development of science and technology in our country to take its place among developed countries, the education of future generations to meet your needs which are of importance, has understood what the nature of science, to solve problems encountered in daily life skills, developed around the events that could decide the meaning katabilen rational thought, in theory, to train teachers of science and practice of professional vocational qualification.
Course Content Contact the definition and communication processes. Source-message-message editing principles. Channel-buyer-buyer-feedback needs. Oral communication (speaking-listening). Non-verbal communication. School as an organization. The importance of communication in organizations and communication types. What is effective communication? Characteristics of effective communication. Communication and human relations. Teaching-learning process as a process of communication. Recommendations for the school administrator of communicative effectiveness. Teacher recommendations for communicative effectiveness. Message and the "We" consciousness.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Says that the concept of communication and information, become aware of the rungs of a non-verbal communication, communication barriers is determined, the source knows the role of communication.
2Realize the benefits and risks of opening itself, applies the techniques of apology and forgiveness.
3Use of defense mechanisms that prevent communication, open communication, behavior that shows, knows the psychological defense mechanisms.
4Become aware of their impact on the concept of self-expectations, can distinguish people with both positive and negative self.
5Become aware of their own communication style of the surrounding people and strengthens the negative aspects.
6Develops and implements effective listening skills.
7Body language says that communicates with the surroundings, is a practitioner of good body language, body language knows that the change from culture to culture.
8Feedback applies to export and import techniques.
9Empathy, sympathy and empathy develops the ability to distinguish the concepts.
10Know and apply the methods of communication to avoid conflicts.
