Course Objective To explain the basic information about earthquake resistant structural design, seismic performance evaluation of existing structures, retrofitting of existing structures and relevant rules in valid codes and standards.
Course Content Basic concepts in earthquake engineering, calculation guidelines about structural design, structural design examples, calculation guidelines about seismic performance evaluation and retrofitting of existing structures, examples about seismic performance evaluation
