Course Objective Purpose of this course is to teach fundamental concepts of Software Project Management and to apply these concepts on a given project.
Course Content Fundamental concepts and definitions of software project management, types of IS projects, business strategy and information systems, roles of systems development project, project support office, project development life cycles, managing stakeholders, change, risk, quality. Human Computer Interaction (HCI).
