Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach analysis and design methods for control systems in both time and frequency domain.
Course Content Transient and steady state response and criteria, stability analysis, root locus, frequency domain, state-space representation, solving state equations, analysis in state-space: controllability, observability, canonical forms, software support for control, design in state-space, root locus design, pole-placement, observer design, PID controller design.
