Course Objective To understand product development ideas generation, idea tracking, adaptation and commercialization phases of technical terms, Understanding of top management support and relationship between technology and R&D management and the various elements such as the strategy, human resource, industrial design Self-organization perspective, the product development team on the basis of the complex system by examining the environment of uncertainty, innovation and creativity to learn how to be improved
Course Content how to enhance business model innovation, how innovation can be managed to gain sustainable competitive advantage by creating measurable added value, how to arrange the indispensable contemporary management style and organization structure to reinforce the process of strategic innovation management.
